This product sets a high standard for luxury detailing and craftsmanship. Small irregularities in our leathers and skins are natural, as only the finest materials are selected by Kamica Hampton. Because of their genuine origins, such products can be sensitive to humidity, rain, excessive temperatures and airborne irritants, risking permanent and irreversible product wear and tear. Grease and oil stains are largely untreatable; oils in cosmetics and the alcohols in perfumes and hairsprays will adversely affect the life of your product. To protect your Kamica Hampton shoes, always store them in a cool dry place, in the satin pouch provided.

To enjoy your Kamica Hamptons for years to come, please follow these guidelines:

KAMICA HAMPTON SUEDE

Use a suede brush to restore shoes to their original condition and take care to avoid color transfers by storing your shoes in their shoe bag, avoiding contact with other colored fabric or material. Please consult a shoe care specialist for water-resistant treatments and professional cleaning.

KAMICA HAMPTON SNAKESKIN

Gently wipe against the grain with a slightly damp white cloth to dislodge any debris. Smooth briskly along the grain with a recommended conditioner at least once yearly after testing on a small section. Dry product thoroughly, away from sunlight.

KAMICA HAMPTON PATENT LEATHER

Clean with a damp cloth. Occasionally lather with good quality patent leather cream and buff off with a polishing cloth.

KAMICA HAMPTON CALF/ FULL-GRAINED LEATHER

Clean with a good quality but mild leather cream to restore luster. Leave to dry naturally. Some contact stains may become permanent and not easily removed. We recommend specialist shoe care should your Kamica Hampton shoes come into contact with tougher dirt or stains. Do you have a Care Guide?

All Kamica Hampton shoes are crafted with care in our factory in Italy. Each pair of shoes come with a felt dust bag and includes a complementary Care Guide. To view it online, click HERE.

How can I purchase a gift certificate?

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel before your order is processed. If your order is already processed and ready to dispatch, you will have up to 14 days from the day you receive your purchase to return the item back to us. For further details, see our Kamica Hampton Return & Exchange Policies.

Can I add another item to an existing order?

We are unable to add an item to an order or combine two orders together in the same shipment. You will be required to cancel your order and place a new one that includes all the items you wish to purchase. Alternatively, you may place a new order for the additional item.

Can my order be giftwrapped?

Yes. You will have the ability to choose the giftwrap option during checkout. An additional fee will apply.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes. You will have the option to personalize a message during checkout using the gift wrapping option.

How will I know my online order has gone through to khampton.com?

Once your purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Do you provide a personal shopping service?

Shipping

Will my shipment be insured? Will someone need to sign for it?

Your parcel is insured by Kamica Hampton while in transit. A signature is required at the time of delivery. After that, it becomes the responsibility of those at the shipping address.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer this for customers in the Houston area for a delivery fee of $25.00.

What are your delivery times?

Most items are shipped within 48 hours and the delivery time depends on the method of shipment you have chosen at checkout. When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to do so.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once payment details are verified and approved, your order will be shipped with the service you selected. Transit times are given at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We may be able to do so provided the order has not already been processed and readied for dispatch. If you need to amend your address immediately after your order has been placed, please contact us on +1 800 514 3741 or customerservice@khampton.com.

How are my orders packaged?

All orders are handled with extreme care and packaged in protective materials.

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive an email confirming your order once your order has been received. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped, with instructions on how to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

We offer shipping to all contiguous states of the U.S. International orders, import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Kamica Hampton has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/ or duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

Unfortunately, sales items are non-returnable nor exchangeable.

Can I return a faulty item?

If you have received your item in an imperfect condition, please contact us at +1 800 514 3741 or customerservice@khampton.com All of our products are made using the finest leathers, and it is normal to see some natural markings on them. All returns are carefully inspected, and if we deem that the product defect is a fault of ours, we will refund you according to our Return & Exchange policies.

My item has been returned. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments may take up to 14 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping, if any.

Who do I contact to return my item?

May I exchange my item?

To exchange an item, please return the previous item and place a new order. You will receive a full refund on your returned item but will not receive compensation for your initial shipping amount, if any. See our Kamica Hampton Return & Exchange Policies.
